We can rebuild most Electric Bike Batteries and always use high quality Lithium Cells. Also, we can upgrade your existing battery and double its capacity enabling you to go twice as far.
Prices vary depending on battery type but it’s good to know that we only use high quality brands and not inferior battery cells from the far east.
How do we refurbish your old battery?
Using your old battery case, we remove the old battery cells and recycle them responsibly.
Then we install high quality Lithium Cells and the BMS so your battery is as good as new.
NOTE: please ensure your bike is mechanically sound and fully working as we can only take responsibility for the Battery performance.
All Batteries have 1 Year Guarantee.

2: WE QUOTE FOR REPAIR
We determine the cost and contact you with an exact quote.

3: YOU PAY AND WE REPAIR THE BATTERY
Pay the job cost using our simple to use online payment link and we will then refurbish the battery.

4: WE RETURN IT DIRECT TO YOU VIA COURIER
We ensure that your new battery has passed stringent quality and safety checks.

the restrictive full suspension frame of my bike meant that Scott had to build a custom battery case from scratch which ably demonstrated his expertise in this area as his shop offers repairs to battery packs and the controlling electronics: visit a 'normal' bicycle workshop and you'll see spanners and other oily paraphernalia but Torqu-e-cycles additionally has benches of test equipment, soldering station and battery packs and circuit boards receiving open heart surgery. I am in awe of Scott ! There may be others who can look at a complex circuit board and read its function bit I'm not one of them. Its just another language he reckons and 'anyone could do it' So basically this post is to further add to the above recommendations regarding Scott and Torqu-e-cycles. He seems to be flat out rebuilding battery packs for every make of e-bike, including some of the major brands who are unable to supply replacement battery packs at the moment, due to supply chain constraints and will no doubt get a reputation as the go-to for battery problems but he is capable of tackling pretty much any aspect of any electric motorcycle or bicycle problems.
